Welcome to Triple-Major online store.
By using the website you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and any orders placed by you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Please read the product descriptions carefully before making any purchase.
1.2 If you are uncertain about what size to pick, feel free to send an email to [email protected] telling us the sizing information of similar clothing items you usually wear, we will email you back with a suggestion as soon as possible.

1.4 Returns or exchanges can only be made within 24 hours after receiving the products.
1.5 Any worn, used or discounted products will not be accepted in all return or exchange requests.
1.6 Import duties or taxes may apply to your purchase, depending on the delivering location. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
2.1 Products on our website that have been carefully selected for our online store. Once an item is sold out, it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again.
2.2 Please note that during periods of significantly increased demand and lower stock availability, such as Promotions and Sales, there is an increased risk of items being out of stock.
3. DELIVERY and PACKAGING
3.1 Free shipping applies only to individual orders which values equal to or greater than 200 Euros.
3.2 All orders will be sent to our shipping agent from our warehouse; it may take 3-4 business days for them to inform us the tracking number. We will inform you via e-mail as soon as we have it.
3.3 All orders will be delivered in a sealed kraft pack with double layers of protection paper.
3.4 Please bear in mind that there exists the possibility of parcels unpacked by border customs for inspection.
4.1 We only accept returns when the product is originally defected or damaged.
4.2 Photos showing the defects or damages of the product is required to be attached in the email with the return request.
4.3 Upon receiving the returning products, the full purchased amount would be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card within 48 hours.
4.4 Products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags still attached and in tact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make the any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags or seals having been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
4.5 Unfortunately we are unable to pay for the cost of returning an international order. Please ensure that you use a local and trusted postal service or carrier in order to return your order to us. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service as Triple-Major will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage to your order.
4.6 For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. You will be refunded the tax free price of the products returned.
5.1 Exchange requests are accepted only when products are returned in a saleable condition (4.4).
5.2 To make an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of:
(1) Sending the product(s) back to our office
(2) Re-sending the exchanged product(s) to you
5.3 You may only exchange for the same product in a different size or product(s) of the same or higher value than the original purchase. You need to pay the price difference if exchange for a product that's of higher value.
6.3 Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can disable cookies on your computer by indicating this in the preferences or options menus in your browser. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to shop at Triple-Major but will still be able to visit selected areas of the site.
7. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
7.1 Online payment service is provided by Pay Dollar.
7.2 Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorization using Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption.
